Tactician: Dreadbound

The Tactician is now something of a commander for the Dawn Sweeper crew. His military prowess peaked in the later half of the war. He is renowned and decorated for formulating the best battle strategies from Ancile military HQ during the war, but has since been fractured mentally and spiritually by the repercussions of his ignorance. The scavenging crew serves as a way for him to remain active and to distract him from the weight of guilt.
